There is crazy and then there is Chaos!!!
Holy Freaking Cow!!!
I was eager to read this book. I love Lucian's writing. But this one sounded different from the beginning. And I was right!!! The first chapter is hard to get thru. It doesn't make sense. And doesn't capture you right away....BUT KEEP READING!!! Because BOOM, the next chapter sucks you in a whirlwind!! The craziness in the town is root deep and leaves no one untouched.

The teasing is finally over
I am a huge fan of Lucian Bane. The incessant teasing surrounding this novel was worth it. Desecrating Solomon is the making of a scare-the-bejesus-out-of-you-throttle-the-villain-and-root-for-the-heroes kind of series.
Desecrating Solomon is about a young girl, Silence/Chaos, who has been abused and trained to endure excruciating forms of punishment and pain, without saying a word. She is sent to find the Sacrifice, Solomon, and return him to the Order for desecration ...more

Omg so amazing I'm addicted
Once again I am beyond amazed. This book has taken me to a new place of amazement and has brought a new enjoyment to my mind. When I got this book I was suffering with a fever from a nasty virus I was going to wait till I was better to read this but the need to read got the better of me. Needless to say I have a fever alright but it's not from my cold it's from Solomon Gore. Lucian Bane has definitely brought the boom on this one I was in a fit halfway through the book ...more

Damn! This book ended too soon…
Maybe I’m crazy but it seems I have found an author of my heart! A man who writes dark, twisted, sometimes extreme, terrifying stories, but I love them so freaking much!! Makes me wonder things about myself, you know? :)
So, this is the second book I read from Lucian Bane and I’m beginning to be a little frightened and at the same time thrilled about what am I going to find in the next one

What a devious mind you have Mr Bane! There are so many emotions you will go thru as you read the first installment of Desecrating Solomon. This is not my first nor will it be my last book by him. Lucian takes you on an emotional roller coaster ride with Chaos and Solomon. The ritualistic atrocities Chaos endures all in the name of her "religion" by "Master" is the stuff of nightmare legend. His play on words makes you feel her pain as you read every word written - BRAVO - master storyteller you

Completely and utterly mind blowing - There has not been a book of Lucian Bane's that has not thrown me for a loop and this was no exception. This book had just the right amount of creepy, thought provoking, head shaking and all out - not quite sure what FUCK is going on thoughts running through my head. Is it a paranormal, is it a spiritual book, or it is just down right sick? I absolutely loved that with every turn of the page he had me guessing!!! Can't wait to see where the next ones take me

Oh my goodness - I don't know where Lucian Bane comes up with this stuff but damn its amazing - this installment had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. There was so much sick and twisted shit that happened throughout this book I had to stop a few times and take a breather. I LOVE THAT! Not the sick shit lol, but the fact that this book brought out major emotions - so many times I could not breath, or could not see through the tears. I can't express more how happy I am that I have all in
