What Members Thought
If I did not already have a deep love for Paulo Coelho's work, this probably would have gotten 4 stars, because there were some beautiful, profound parts of this story and I applaud the bravery of anyone who would write so honestly about themselves. But I have read some of his other books and they were so meaningful and transformative to my life, that this book was deeply disappointing for me. لم أستطع ان أحصل على الكتاب الإلكتروني كامل فكل المعروض على المواقع 15 صفحة تقريباً وهذا ما آثار إستيائي ، ولكن ما فهمت من تلك الصفحات ..
أن بطل الرواية هو نفسه باولو كويلهو يتناقش فيها مع مُلهمه (جي) مبدياً له عرفانه بالجميل تجاهه لما علمه إياه من النظر إلى الأمور الجيدة التي معها تكتشف متعة الحياة ومتابعتها رغم العقبات والآخطاء التي يقع فيها الإنسان ، وسرد فيها بعضاً من ملامح شخصيته وإهتمامه بالروحانيات ، وفيها أنه إنتقل مع زوجته (كريس) لزيارة شخص يدعى (جين) في صحراء كاليفورنيا ليتعلم هناك كيف ...more

Not an easily understandable one. I finished half the way and some how it was kept aside for a month and then I continued reading. Surely I have to come back once again. I liked the book because the guardian angel concept is something I believe in.
