Sometimes, book covers do more than just... covering the book. Sometimes, it provides clues on what's going to happen. This time, it was a warning. Which, despite I noticed, I ignored because I thought Alex Bracken was a kindhearted author who wouldn't V-Roth me. Boy, was I wrong.
