Others said it before, the book does not add much beyond the TED talk. It does have some good points about culture, as well as examples of interesting companies to learn more about.
I took my time (check the start date!) with this read. Seriously started reading it about a month ago, and it has lots of meaning for me, and I'm working on how it applies to my professional and personal life at this time. I encourage anyone interested in knowing how success works to take a look at this book.
