i can't give this a 4 star because even though it is a quick read and an engaging story, it lacks depth of character and quality of writing. Much better than Gone Girl though! I couldn't get past the first chapter of that book!

Suspenseful, mysterious, and fast paced. Couldn't put it down! There's not a lot better in life than being immersed in a book. Hadn't read a book like that in awhile. I didn't read Gone Girl, but having seen the movie I imagine this book reads a lot like it.
