On the surface, this was a good book: entertaining, quick-read, a unique subject. However, if you think about it too much, it deteriorates a bit. The main character was just too perfect and all the other characters were so stereotypical, that you could predict each character's storyline.

This was like reading a cookbook in the form of a novel. I loved the characters as well as the food being described.
