What Members Thought
This is another title which had rave reviews, and again I was disappointed. This is nonfiction, a memoir of growing up on an Iowa farm during the Great Depression. But it wasn't inspiring or even interesting. "We picked corn and took it home for Grandma to cook it." seriously . . . it goes on like that without any depth. There are some quirky characters but there's not enough development or story to make it compelling reading.
