Hmm Ok here we go. This book had the potential to be a really good dystopian trilogy. Post-apocalyptic world ? CHECK ! Unsolvable mystery ? CHECK ! A little bit of romance ? CHECK. Suspense ? DOUBLE CHECK !
So why did it turn out like a quite boring and childish book ? Well first I have a hard time believing Thomas is 16 years-old. He seems like 12 or something. I was extremely excited to read this book as I saw the movie and really enjoyed it. The book was a bit slow at the beginning and I found it a bit hard to really get into, but around page 100 or so things began to pick up. It was a good book and I did like it, but in my opinion there wasn't really anything that special about it.
