This book and the series it's a part of is one of my favorites! Claire Danvers is a very likeable and relateable character. She is endearing with her nerdy charm and innocense.
I read this book after the height of the Twilight Saga madness. I loved it because it put a different spin on things and I like books that shake things up. It was interesting to see a town of residents that all are in on the undead secret.

I enjoyed this book. The first in the series, it tells of sixteen year old academic prodigy Claire Danvers who attends Texas Prarie University(TPU) at her parents' bequest. After she becomes the victim of vicious hazing in the dorms, Claire looks for off-campus housing and soon finds it in the form of the Glass House, a rambling old house with three other occupants.
