The story is a worser like the previous tape. The characters Butch and Marissa are no may favor ones. J.R. Ward stays her structure of a Black Dagger book loyal, i.e. a love story surrounded from the actions of the brotherhood, but this has not persuaded me with this book. Eroticism, tension and action exist again in sufficient measure. Fans of Butch or Marissa will like this book.
