What Members Thought
This was a great book, but it did not thrill me as much as the previous three did. This is the story of Butch, the human cop that became wrapped up with the Brotherhood and falls in love with Wrath's ex-shellan. I think the thing that really bothered me with this story was the actual relationship between Butch & Marissa, they both behaved so ridiculous that I lost interest in whether they where going to end up together.

Another good one in the Black Dagger Brotherhood series. This time around the focus is on Butch and his quest to fit in. I have to say that there were times the storyline here was pretty sad. But overall it made sense in regard to Butch. The author has done a good job of creating characters to care about and the entire mythos of the Brotherhood and the vampire race really pulls you in. Besides the first book of the series with Wrath, this one was my favorite. As always, I could do with a lot less romance and some more action, but they are technically a romance series. Butch is a neat character, and more than I'm interested in his relationship with Marissa, I'm fascinated by his relationship with V.
