I can't be to brutal cause I know in my heart of hearts I was so excited for this book...December 3, 2008. How do I know this? It was the day I ordered it after I finally finished Breaking Dawn and almost pooped myself with excitement about the idea of more Twilight. It was the day Amazon kept reminding me that they still haven't charged me for not shipped my copy of the Illustrated Guide. I'll probably read through this book small sections at a time, whatever grabs my interest. Not something I'd probably read cover to cover in one sitting. So far great illustrations and character bios.

i liked it. it was cool to read Stephenie's views and processes of the Twilight book, so that was nice. and i really liked the illustrations of the characters; i loved Edward's and Carlisle's; didn't like Alice's (she sounds so much prettier in the book); loved Esme's though--she's so pretty i thought it was supposed to be Rose's; i thought Bella's to pics were awesome--perfect before and after transformation pics; Renesmee was perfect:)

My favorite parts were the interview with Stephanie and the background on each of the vampire clans. You got some back story that you otherwise didn't know about or it would clarify some connections for you. For Twilight fans it is a worthwhile read.
