4.50 ⭐️ (rnd ⬆️) — Most know by now, that Dickens’ classic Christmas novel never fails to capture the imagination and this year I finally took the time to read this with my youngest daughter — whom is nine years-old — and it was worth every single second, such was the joyous moments we shared as well as amount of words we defined, put into modern context, equivalent similes etc etc. sure there were indeed some dull moments, but that payoff is well worth those more languid pages.
