Shadow Kiss left me wanting more!! The ending was fantastic! It was really sad how Rose left Lissa, but I think it was the right thing to do and Rose didn't want to put her in any danger. Oh my god Dimitri is a Strigoi! This left me realing and I obsessed over whether Rose would find him and kill him, waiting for Blood Promise to come out was horrible! I needed to know what happened... I loved the firsth 3 books so much... Great job Richelle, Please Keep Writing!

I went into state of shock at the end of this book. Serious I sat there frozen and squeeling over how I couldnt believe how what happened happened. The rest of the day I'd burst out shouting how could she do that and why him and ahhhhhhhhhhh

Wow. Well... I didn't expect that. I REALLY didn't expect that. Since reading the host by stephenie meyer, I truly didn't think that a book could affect me so badly. I sobbed at this book. Literally. I couldn't believe it. I refuse to believe it. Dimitri is NOT strigoi. :(. I don't have much to say rather than I love the vampire academy series, richelle always manages to make me shed a few tears each time I read, and emotionally - this book really cracked me. ...more

This book was really good... I think Rose made a good choice to go and find Dimitri but also a bad one... considering she had to leave Lissa.... But it was a great book and I've learned that sometimes you need to put yourself first.. :D
