In the Waste Lands, Roland and his three companions Jake, Eddie, and Susanna, get pulled upon a train called Big Blain, who can talk and he's full of riddles. If you can answer his riddles he allows you to live and exit the train at your destination, if not then you die. Roland is a master at the riddles that Big Blain gives them, the others end up getting lost; However, Eddie is full of riddles that made ablolutely no sense. read the book to find out what happens to Big Blain.
