I've been planning to read this for a while since my aunts are part of a book club that read it and they gave it to me to read. I don't think either of them liked it, and unfortunately neither did I. I was intrigued initially but the more I got into it, the more I felt bored. Danny is the younger of the two siblings and he is rather bland and uninteresting. Maeve was more interesting and I wish we at least got some parts of the story from her point of view.
