You want a better story. Who wouldn’t?

I found this to be brutally honest in a way that left me feeling slightly hollow and yet content. Siken uses impossibly beautiful imagery in strange and wonderful ways that made sense to me despite the haze of confusion. Once I started to read this book I felt compelled to finish it, underlining the lines that spoke the loudest.
