I received this book after winning it in a Goodreads first reads giveaway and I'm very glad I did!
I have never read a book that was very centred around music before and, as someone who isn't incredibly 'into' the music scene I was hoping it would perhaps educate me a little that way! I was surprised that I recognised so many songs, and I'm definitely going to look up the ones I didn't. I thought it was a decent coming of age story. The plot is what saved it and the ending but the main character was completely the worst person to carry the book.
