I really liked this book, at first I was thinking I wouldn't but then I was hooked and just didn't want to put it down. It is a really quick read with lots of little twists and flashbacks which help move the story along quickly.
The writing style was very beautiful. The switching back and forth in time between the past and present didn't get confusing at all although there was potential for this to happen.
The mystery within the story definitely kept my interest and I was eager to get to the end ...more

It sounded so promising to read, but the style and construction was boring and poor in general. It was so grating to get through.
It is split into tiny and unorganised sections without chapters. You never feel like you're getting anywhere. It doesn't build any tension either as it just tells you what is going on straight away.
It says in the blurb Judith returns without a tongue, and it tells you why in the first book
