This audiobook version of this engrossing medical short story is fast moving and suspenseful, with the strange interaction of the affable young ER doctor and his bizarre patient; the narrator is very skillful at building suspense; as the author, I chose this narrator (Ken Campbell) for his mastery of subtle and yet chilling tones and his golden voice, plus his versatility.
