This is a quirky collection of short stories. The first half are Mr. Mulliner stories as expected, then there is a fairly poor golf story with Mr. Mulliner shoe horned into the role the Oldest Member usually occupies and finally we have three stories about Bobbie Wickham that feel a bit like Bertie Wooster without Jeeves stories.
