What Members Thought

I enjoyed reading this from get go as it is Wodehouse's novel. I loved how complicated the plot is and the main heroine is absolutely delightful. I felt for the main lead, Jimmy. He is a good egg. There are imposters in this novel like in Blandings which is always nice when master writes it. It was a very good read overall.

This is fun novel from pretty early in PG's career. He was starting to round into good form with recent publications like the first Blandings novel, some early Jeeves and Wooster and the a good Psmith tale. This isn't quite to that level, put it is a nicely plotted madcap story of assumed identities and zany schemes. There is a bit of Blandings in America here.
