This book had everything: exciting action, heart melting romance, sparkly humour, a dash of (albeit a tad predictable) suspense all blended perfectly to form a spectacular book!
I'm never too excited when new characters are introduced, especially ones which have huge roles. But in this case, it worked. Though The Little Red Riding Hood was never my favourite fairytale, Scarlet and Wolf turned out to be the perfect additions to this story. Their characters are very different from Kai's an ...more

I definitely enjoyed this one more than Cinder and can't wait to see which fairy tale the next book follows!
I loved the incorporation of little red riding hood. I think that with the first book, everyone knows Cinderella so well that we can really predict what's going to happen and it kind of ruined the plot, but there was so much more play between Scarlet and the 'wolves' in general that made this one a bit more unique.
