What Members Thought
My first cowboy Western -and what a blockbuster it was. Thoroughly enjoyed the mammoth read, made all the more special as I was reading it simultaneously with a group of friends -but each were journeying on their own-some left me behind, some I left behind-on this massive North American journey through wide spaces, diverse flora, fauna and an exciting and vibrant crew of characters. Though I started with caution and foreboding, the last quarter lap of my journey was at jetspeed.
First 50-60% was so good that I thought a 5 star rating was on the way. But Clara and July messed it up :)
