When I first saw white Christmas pie I thought it was going to be a lovely Christmas book. Boy was I wrong! As a matter of fact Christmas is not mentioned until the final chapter. It is center more around Thanksgiving than Christmas. However I was greatly surprised by the story line and I ended up getting SO much more than just a Amish Christmas story. A sweet Christmas story of reconciliation and grace. Will's mother died when he was just a young child and he spent his days with his father travelling the country in his father's big rig. This book by Wanda Brunstetter has to be one of my favorites now. I really enjoyed this Christmas Story and who knew that A White Christmas Pie could heal hearts and bring family back together. The characters were so believable and loveable. Enjoyed the end of this story so very much. Recommend this book to anyone who loves a good Christmas story and a story on forgiveness.
I loved this book it was very good. I didn't want to put it down once I started reading it. It had me on the edge of my seat thinking what's going to happen next. Wanda did a wonderful job writing this book I love her books.
