[close] I loved the movie and loved the book, even though they were very different. The author did a great job bringing the characters to life. There were some I disliked at first and then liked at the end and the other way around. It was written in a way that you felt you were in India (even though I've never been there). I enjoyed how the lives of the characters intertwined. The book makes me want to see the movie again.
