Excessive use of taking the Lord's name in vain...by a six year old. I can't just look past that and ignore it for a beautiful story.

Wonderful. Life, loss, nature, an island, and a grandmother/grandchild. Lovely.
A lovely fictionalized memoir of Jansson’s summers on a tiny island in the Finland Sea. Very meditative, both the book and the life it depicts.
