I decided to read this book before i went to see the movie :) I'm so glad i did!
This book evoked so many emotions! It's such a heart wrenching story.
I absolutely love Mia and Adam.. do they have a ship name? And the amazing people that were Mia's mum, dad and brother. Omg, why did they have to die, so sad!! All the flashbacks and memories made me love them even more! Teddy was soooo cute, and Mia's mum was just such an incredible character to read about! Thank god Mia didn't die! Pretty much all ...more

I overall enjoyed the book, but the pacing was a little slow for me which is why I gave this a 4 stars and not a 4.5 or 5. I LOVED the ending, had it gone the other way, I would have had a lower rating.

I don't really know how to put into words how much I loved this book. The weird thing is, it's not a fantastic book and the writing isn't spectacular but this book is real. I'm very close to my family so to be reading from Mia's perspective, it was very painful to see her lose her family like that. I loved her family so much. Her parents were awesome and little Teddy was so cute! I really liked Adam and I think their relationship was very realistic. I loved every single character: Kim, Henry, Wi

this book is one of my all time favorites, at first I was doubtful but I bought it amyways. let me say that I'm glad I did it was amazing. it had me crying, and gushing over the beautifulness of this book . I recomend anyone to read this book.
