What Members Thought
I think the hype built this book up too much for me. I found Celaena to be quite immature and annoying at times and for 3/4 of the book, I found myself waiting for the plot to start moving in a direction. Finally at the end, when the action started to pick up, I became more invested in the story. Although this book didn't blow me away, I had fun reading it and will probably give the next book a try in the near future.

In the end it was so much easier to read it but in the beginning I had to force myself to read it and I had to put the book down. But I think it still was a good book and I really enjoyed the storyline.
