Many of us in the shadowhunter fandom have been highly anticipating the outcome of the final book of The Mortal Instruments series, City Of Heavenly Fire, I've been waiting two years, well slightly under two years for the release of this epic conclusion and boy was I surprised when it turned up four days before the UK initial release date. This book was long, at times, drawn out. I absolutely adored this series! This book, on the otherhand, was a little hard to be enthralled with. I breezed through the others in this series wanting more. This one only made me pleased it was finally over. It just didn't keep my attention as much as the others. It was good, but not great! However, I gave it four stars mainly for the ending.
