What Members Thought
This book was beautifully well written. The love story is romantic and sad. The metaphors and quotes were well written and the characters were strong and bold. But what i didnt like was the the speech in some sections of the story. But other then that it was a great story that mastered the elements of a decent contempary novel (:
I've read this books so many times in the past year and a half and every time it's a new sensation that makes me cry, laugh, smile like an idiot, and want to pound my head against a wall. John Green has truly made a work of art with this book, even before the casting of the movie when no one knew who would portray Gus he came alive. This book was an amazing story about life and death! It show a real love story between to teenagers. There are ups and downs in love and they showed it. This book is not about cancer even though cancer is a big thing in this book this book is about young love! So I encourage everyone that has not read this book to go out today and buy it!
