This is the story of a fatherless boy who overcame alot of misfortune to become a successful, productive member of society. Along the way, he has to deal with an abusive stepfather, the loss of his mother and a dishonest business associate. So how did he make the successful transition into adulthood? He was fortuneate to develop relationships with good-hearted people who exerted a good influence over him.

And wouldn't that be an inspirational story for the fatherless boys of today.
