What Members Thought
I adore Gabrielle Zevin, and the writing in this novel was her usual brilliant prose. But I ended up being really disappointed in this work because I just couldn't root for anyone in it. I don't have to like everyone, or even anyone, but I have to want to cheer for someone, and I just couldn't have cared less about any of these people.
