I picked up this book because it was memoir about breast cancer. My twin sister is now 2 years out from her diagnosis.. so this hit very close to home. This memoir is filled with love, humility, honesty, compassion and a great sense of humor. Well-written and very readable.The author moves you from tears to laughter to a place of profound contentment. Kelly Corrigan boldly shares her struggles with breast cancer in a way that invites you to be one of her many friends and cheerleaders who stand by her through unexpected challenges. The father-daughter relationship is one of the most inspiring examples in literature.
