What Members Thought
This book is inspiring, and I certainly earned a lot of respect for Olympic rowers. The author knows how to pace the writing of the races; they are exciting, even when you know who will win (or do you?) As a result you feel like you are going on the journey with the boys who rowed for Washington, and then for gold in Berlin, with all the highs and lows they experienced. Definitely recommend.
