This was a really sweet, low-angst romance with super likable characters -- both the MCs and the supporting characters. Robert is a professor at a university who is in his early 30s. He's recently gotten out of a rather dull relationship. He's kind of your stereotypical professor guy, he's Scottish and had been in the states since he was a teen. Fast, quick read. The plot was intriguing and the characters engaging. The love story grows with the characters. Truly and opposites attract story with a minor age gap. (9 years is not really what i consider that big a gap when they are adults.) There was very little angst and the growth of the characters throughout the story was captivating. Rob and Chris had a sweet relationship. Even though they jumped in quickly with both feet, the commitment came after a time of being apart and deciding what they truly wanted. I thought the book had a great supporting cast, as well.
