this book is really adventrous and great! It takes place in the future. When uglies turn 16 they get an operation. the operation turns the beauiful, into pretties. All the pretties look mostly the same because they all have the operation. then Tally gets offered to go to the smokies where you don't get the operation or will she stay and become pretty? You have to read the books to find out!

This book is very awesome!!!!!! I recommend it to everyone who can read it at this level!!!! This book is very good!!! The characters are very life-like, and I can actually see whats happening!!!! I really hope they make this book into a movie!!!! Man, I love this book.....
This is a GREAT book! I loved it. if you like sci-fi books, this would be perfect for you. it is a very suspenseful book and you won't want to put it down.
