This is NOT a stand alone book, you need to read book #1 of Lisa Renee Jones's Inside Out series, IF I WERE YOU. Then I would suggest picking up Rebecca's Lost Journals Volume One: THE SEDUCTION; Volume Two:THE CONTRACT; Volume Three: HIS SUBMISSIVE; and Volume Four: MY MASTER, they give a lot of insight to Rebecca and her relationship with the Master.

BEING ME picks up right where IF I WERE YOU left us hanging...finally an answer to what happened to Sara in the storage facility! I would say more ...more

The next exciting installment in the Inside Out series has you still following Sara as she tries to find out what happened to Rebecca. Will she find out or will she lose herself as Rebecca did in this new life.

In Being Me we get to watch Sara and Chris' relationship develop. We learn a lot more about Chris and see Sara trying to help him deal with his demons. Their relationship is still new enough that the question is out there if she can handle what he was and help him be happy with who he is. ...more

Oh my! I have no idea how to start this review because this book made me go through so much that I’m having a hard time putting down in words…what I loved most about this book. Lisa Renee Jones stepped up even further in Being Me with the emotions, romance, and suspense. HOLY MOLY!!! This book put me through hell several times. ***If you have not read If I Were You you will need to go back and read it. Being me is not a stand alone book and in order to understand fully what is going on in the story you will need to go back and read book one and also the journals Vol 1-4 really help with the story as well.***

Warning: if you thought the sex scenes in "If I Were You" were hot bring a fire extinguisher because these scene are SCORCHING!

Loved this book. Sara and Chris are great together but not so good apart. In this book they have their ups and downs. What with dealing with Sara's issues with her father and Chris's keeping secrets and pushing her away this book will keep you on a roller coaster ride of emotions. The mystery of Rebecca may have been solved, Chris and Sara are having more downs than up, Sara's "horrible" secret revealed, Mark is still trying to poach Sara from Chris, Ava and Chris have humongous meltdowns and Mary and Ricco are in hot water.
