I keep falling for Mark!

We finally learn so much more about him and why he is the way he is. Loved this part of the book.

But we get him out of himself behaving so much differently and with Crystal,
someone I don't want to like... Yeah I don't like Miss Smith! So it was a bit difficult to me...

The characters, Crystal and Rebecca seemed much alike. And I missed Chris and Sara, a lot.

I had hoped this book was going a different direction, it was so long, but no. Crazy huh?

I Belong to You definitely made me understand Master much more then I previously had. Finding out about Tabitha and what happened all those years ago goes to the center of Marks anguish I believe. My heart still brakes for Mark and Rebecca and the promise of what could have been in another time. With every page that I read I still hoped for a happy ending for Rebecca. In Mark's POV, this book gives you even more insight into the man behind the Allure art gallery, the Riptide Foundation and the BDSM club that he established. Although you can pick up from this book and read to the finish, it's best that you read in order and start with Inside Out #1.

Would I recommend this author: Yes! I have yet to read one of Ms. Jones series and be disappointed. I cannot wait for her next release!

I'll start by saying that I hated Mark way back when I read If I Were You. I thought he was too arrogant, too smooth, and too callous. Now though, he has experienced loss, his mother is sick, and he has met his match. While he is still a master, I love that I Belong to You is in his point of view. This is book #5 in the Inside Out series. Mark's POV. It is not a standalone book, start with book #1 If I Were You. This is an "OMG" I loved this book!!! Lisa included the Walker brothers from her other series, Tall, Dark and Deadly(an added plus) to help Mark protect his family and assist with the ongoing investigation into Rebecca's murder.

Wow! I used to be Team Chris, but now I am 100% Team Mark. Mark Compton's first full POV novel in the Inside Out series has me enthralled. He has transformed from the distant Master in 'If I Were You' to the vulnerable, loyal, angry, sexy man that this story reveals. This story continues from No In Between, book 4, so it is not a standalone.

Crystal has caught Mark's heart. She is a feisty, independent woman who is friends with his ill mother and is helping Riptide to continue to make money, desp Wow! Crystal has caught Mark's heart. She is a feisty, independent woman who is friends with his ill mother and is helping Riptide to continue to make money, despite the controversy and allegations. She is a challenge to Mark as she refuses to be his submissive, refuses to play by his rules, and has 'monsters' as big as his.

More of Mark's past is uncovered. He has to decide whether he will take vengeance on Ava and any of her accomplices or wait for justice to be done. As he is the main suspect, security has been provided by those sexy Walker brothers (a crossover from another of Lisa Renee Jones' novels). Then there is an attack on one of his loved ones when he least expected it. That caught me off guard. It was a scene that showed the character of Mark and Crystal.

As the back stories for both Mark and Crystal are depicted, I gained understanding and insight into their actions and attraction to each other. I had a lot of respect for Crystal, that she stood her ground, kept her focus, and watched as she showed her vulnerability. I liked Sarah from books 1-4, but I loved Crystal.

The level of suspense and sex scenes increased. There are some light bdsm elements, and the sex is explicit. Just enough to enhance the story without being too much to take away from the storyline.

While No In Between was good, I think this one had more going on and more character development. This is the best in the series, in my opinion. Some answers were supplied by the end, but not all. I'm looking forward to 'All of Me', the final book in the series, per the author. It should tie up loose ends and bring together Chris, Sarah, Mark, and Crystal's stories.

I'd recommend this to anyone who enjoys sexy, romantic suspense stories with some bdsm. I'd recommend starting with 'If I Were You', book 1 in the Inside Out series and continuing by reading 'Being Me', book 2, 'Revealing Us, book 3, and No In Between, book 4. The novellas come from Chris and Mark's POVs: His Secrets (Chris); My Control, My Hunger, and Master Undone (Mark) and do add to the story. The only one I think is optional is 'Rebecca's Journals'.

He kisses me again. "Non-negotiable. You belong to me tonight. Remember?"
The words do funny things to my belly and though I am still confused by the kiss and his confession, my reply is immediate. "Yes, I remember."
"Say it."
"I belong to you," I willingly say, leaving of the "tonight" without intentional thought.
His mouth lingers near mine, his breath a warm, sweet promise I can almost taste, and I know he's noticed my admission.
I know he's waiting for me to correct it, and so am I. But I don't. I can't. He is more to me than just tonight. ...more

As a fan of Lisa Renee Jones The Inside Out Series I feel like we've been waiting to find out Mark's secrets forever. And wow does Ms. Jones deliver.
Mark Compton comes back to New York to offer support to his mother who is undergoing cancer treatments. He left the city years ago after a traumatic event in his life, changed him forever. He keeps his secrets deeply buried.

This was another amazing read in the Inside Out series!!! The story concluded with yet another bang, but I am overly excited for more Chris and Sara in All of Me. I was very happy to see Mark get his HEA with Crystal. Mark really deserved it. Although I have been Team Chris from the beginning, a part of me also likes Mark and is glad that he's finally happy and with the right woman. Crystal was perfect for Mark.
