What Members Thought
The beginning of Jade City was hard to get into, but by the middle I was hooked. The story is action packed and intriguing. I quickly grew to like the characters and I can't wait to read where it goes from here.

Great world building. Especially with the characters of Shae & Anden, I got sucked into this urban/low fantasy, yakuza/mafia, clan war, 60s/70s East Asian island city story and I want to see how the story develops in the rest of the trilogy. 3.5/4★
Unfortunately this story just wasn't for me. Too many characters, too many specific names for status it didn't grip me as much as I had hoped.
