is this the book everyone was talking about? i'm disappointed.

yes, this book was cute. wes is loveable. liz isn't that annoying. but it isn't enemies to lovers... can we please stop using this trope when the mmc is in love with her the entire time?! it's annoying.

okay… i guess. i was not blown away of left shaking, crying, rolling around on the floor after finishing this. don’t get me wrong— this book started off super strong, and the good qualities carried on continuously into the book until the half way point where i just kind of went ‘meh.’ and those strong points, i mentioned, do not include our fmc’s personality and the way she carries herself.. just horrid.

I adored this book! My absolute fav! In the last 6 ish months I’ve read it 13 times!!! It was the cutest romcom I’ve read (I haven’t read many, BUT STILL) Wes is the ultimate book bf and I adore him. I liked all the character and didn’t hate the FMC (I usually do so this is good). My only issue is the whole end felt rushed, from Wes and Liz’s first kiss to the last chapter I was like, “huh?
