I chose Lolo and Birdie: I Want More! / ¡Quiero Más! because it’s a sweet and funny story that shows how friends can learn and grow together, even when they don’t agree. I also liked that it’s bilingual, which makes it accessible to more children and highlights the value of language learning. The book introduces the concept of more and less in a playful way, and the expressive illustrations make it especially fun to share with kids.
