Shelves: favorites, memoir, grief
Brutal. Every time I started to drift off/get a little less engaged, she pulled me in with a heartwrenching line or memory or description. The fact that it jumps around in time and focus is really part of it, I think. It completely puts you in the headspace of grief. I’m sure I will reread this at least once.
