I often get burnt-out on short story collections (the endless starting-over again is a bit exhausting to me, I think because I get really attached to characters but only after a little warming-up period, and having to do that again and again wears me out a little), but this was one case where I was so glad it was short stories. Getting to see so many brilliant worlds! How does one brain come up with such seemingly infinite variety?
