Shelves: self-help-books

I really enjoyed reading this book! I've found myself finding it hard to read fictional books and have grew more interest in reading non-fiction self help and spiritual books, I love that this was a fictional book with non-fiction aspects too it, I can apply what I've learnt from this book to life.

I also feel I have read this book at the right time as it's been on my TBR for the longest time, I understand it's meaning more than I ever could when I first wanted to read the book. ...more

The Alchemist, I feel and believe, is set to aim towards an audience that hasn't yet formed their perspective on life or is still open to changing it. And I think this book is perfect for people that want to do exactly that. It tells you directly the lessons it is trying to convey without being too 'in your face' about it and the prose simply aimed to educate and tell a story and so didn't have to be intricately written. And the book knew that.

познавательная. сначала я была в позиции протестанта, не хотела читать книгу, в которой 90% идет разговор про Бога. но эта книга научила меня многим вещам.
жить в моменте
доверять сердцу и инстинктам
верить знакам
с пониманием и терпением ко всем относится, ведь все и всё едино и писано одной рукой
