This book will make me feel forever young.
Where the Road Takes Me is beautiful. So beautiful that I can't believe is real. I read the first sentence while yelling of excitement and I read the last one crying and I loved every laugh, tear and screwed up of it. Beautiful is the key word.
This book is always moving forward, one unexpected plot twist after another. And that’s how our story starts: Our hero was having a typical night when a very known road led him to an unexpected girl. A stunning on ...more

All the Emotions, One Book!
If you have never read Jay McLean's books then this is the one to start with. I did not think her writing could have been better than when I read the more series until today at 3:40 A.M. This book literally takes you through a ride as if you are truly Blake and Chloe. You will laugh when they laugh, you will feel what they feel, and YOU WILL CRY SO HARD WHEN THEY CRY. But the thing is, it just makes you feel more human. Perfectly imperfect. The most important emotion t ...more

Beautifully written and I loved Every. Single. Word.
Miss McLean never ceases to amaze me with her brilliantly written tales of pain, sorrow and of course true love! There is always a nice amount of humor thrown in, to help lighten the heaviness of the characters worries. To say that I loved this book would be an understatement. This book will make you feel so many emotions, and if you're like me, keep you reading till you get to the very end ...more

I have to say I loved this book.
When this book appeared on my kindle I was surprised as I had forgot I had pre ordered it a while back when I had been a bit bored. I don't think I even looked at what it was but I had seen good reviews for other books by this author so thought I would give it a go. And I glad I did.
The story focuses on Chloe and Blake who literally knocks her off her feet. I don't want to give a play by play of what happens in the book other than it is a story of boy meets and fa ...more

I really love Jay McLean's MORE series. It was one of those series that I didn't expect to fall in love with. So when I heard about this book I was ecstatic.
*SPOILERS AHEAD*
I honestly didn't like the first half of the story when both Blake and Chloe were going back and forth with what they were doing. The plot felt a bit predictable and cliche. But towards the other half, during their trip on The Road, that's when I felt their story came together.
