Okay, let’s talk about Unhinged—because this book? It owns its title. I went in expecting dark and gritty, but Steph Macca seriously delivered a full-on emotional rollercoaster that had me questioning everyone and everything (including my taste in men… again).

From the books dedication and right to the end, it was always going to be 5 stars! This was my first Steph Macca book, and she's now on my must buy list.
I listened to it audiobook after being lucky enough to hear snippets, and it seriously the best way to enjoy it. The cast gave 1000%. The little insane giggles... hot!

I devoured this in one sitting, Unhinged is completely addictive. The dedication alone set the chaotic tone perfectly 😅 and had me grinning before the story even started.
Avery’s story is raw, emotional, and so thoughtfully written. Steph Macca handles the darker themes with care and honesty, never shying away from the hard moments but never making them feel overwhelming either. It’s a powerful portrayal of pain, survival, and the strength it takes to keep going.
