Such a great read and so glad I picked it up!
This book hooked me from the get go and had me so invested in the whole story that I read it really quickly! The character development in this book was absolutely phenomenal and the storyline was so interesting and action packed!

Love love love! and this isn't the usual genre I read.
It took me a few chapters before I was hooked, but I think that was because my brain was trying to figure out the setting (asd)
It's very hard to describe the book because the best part of it was learning more, along with the main protagonist, as their journey unfolds. You don't want any spoilers!
The only thing that felt jarring to me was that one of the males had an instant insane attraction... maybe it had just been a while for him 😂

What an incredible start to a series!
This is only the second of Jade Thorn’s works that I have read and, once again, I was hooked from the start. I knew going in that this was a longer series and would end on cliffhangers, so I wasn’t disappointed or surprised by that ending.
The story of Jacinta and her uniqueness as something both amazing and frightening, is refreshing. I am not sure I’ve read a story quite like this one, and I’ve read a lot.

The way I ran to Amazon to download book 2! It took me a couple of chapters to really get into it but once Jack had her claws in me I couldn't stop. I am slowly falling in love with every character and I'm ready to kick some Pure Human ass!! Keen for what awaits me in book 2

This was a book club read for a Facebook group I'm in. Downloaded it on my Kindle. Upon reading the blurb I didn't have huge expectations as it wasn't my "usual" type of book. I can honestly say that I really enjoyed it though.
