OMG! This book had me in its grip from the very beginning. Who doesnt love a Bad Boy? Especially when he would literally burn down the world for you. Add to that a feisty FMC who can well and truly hold her own against the bad guys and never lose her wit and humour! I read this on Kindle and am trying very hard to not launch into the next book in the series until I can get my very own special edition copies of the real books. mafia books aren't usually my thing but I was recommended this one by my ARC group and decided to give it a go. I actaallly really enjoyed it. Im not a fan of the real world violence that is sprinkled through so if that is a trigger for you be aware but the characters more than made up for it. The dynamic between Conor and his brothers and his own struggles to understand what he if feeling are well written and feel authentic.
