exceptional 10/10
This was hands down the best why choose PNR fantasy book I’ve read. It has ACOTAR vibes but the writing is so good it stands out on its own. I honestly feel the need to reread it already to soak in the amazingness.
The FMC is soft but strong, she’s been thrown into a world of scion she knew nothing about but she soon discovers her inner power and it is dazzling. The characters are well written so you feel pulled in from the first moment you meet them and each guy has a very dis ...more

I loved this book that I finished it in 2 days and can't wait to read the next one. L.K. Shear has created a wonderful universe with awesome characters. A RH fantasy leaving me wondering who the main character was going to end up falling for. A mystery voice in the lake telling of prophecies and fate, a school based system learning new abilities is a tick from me. Who knows what things might happen from a single kiss. An overall good read.

I fucking loved this book! It has everything! An interesting plot line that draws you in and keeps you hooked! Hot as hell smut scenes! 🥵
I love the world building! While you are learning a lot about the world and about all the different scions, you are not overwhelmed and it doesn’t drag on for ages, which I liked!
The book has a good pace to it, I can’t wait to read the next book!

I can’t believe I’ve left reading this book for so long. The audio was definitely worth listening to.
